Acceptance
By creating an account on TikoHUB or buying anything through the platform, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use TikoHUB.
Accounts
- You must be 13 or older to create an account. Some events have higher age restrictions enforced at the gate.
- Keep your password secret. You're responsible for anything that happens under your account.
- One person, one account. We may suspend duplicate or fake accounts.
Tickets & orders
- Tickets are licences to attend an event — not property. They're bound to the buyer's account and may not be resold outside the TikoHUB app.
- Each ticket has a QR code that can only be scanned once. Duplicates or screenshots may be refused entry.
- Event details (date, lineup, venue) are set by the organizer and may change. We'll notify you of material changes by email and in-app.
- Organizers reserve the right of admission. ID may be requested at the gate.
Refunds & cancellations
- Refund policy is set per event by the organizer and shown on the event page before purchase.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed beyond reasonable limits, you're entitled to a full refund of the ticket price (service fees may not be refundable).
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Free transfers to another fan are available inside the TikoHUB app up to 2 hours before doors open.
TikoSHOP purchases
Merchandise is sold by TikoHUB or by partner brands listed on the product page. Delivery times, sizing and care information are shown at checkout. Damaged or incorrect items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in original packaging.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, resell or commercially exploit tickets without written permission.
- Use TikoHUB to send spam, phish, or distribute malware.
- Attempt to break authentication, rate limits, payment flows or other security controls.
- Impersonate another person, organizer or TikoHUB staff.
Intellectual property
The TikoHUB brand, software, logos and design are owned by TikoHUB Ltd. Event posters, music and merchandise designs belong to their respective creators and may not be reused without permission.
Third-party services
We integrate with payment providers (M-Pesa, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard), maps, analytics and email services. Your use of those features is also subject to their terms.
Disclaimers
TikoHUB is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee that the platform will always be available, secure or error-free, or that any event will take place exactly as described. We're not the event organizer and we're not responsible for what happens at the venue.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TikoHUB's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mombasa unless local consumer law gives you the right to claim elsewhere.
