Check your spam folder first. If it's still missing, email support@tikohub.co.ke with the phone number you booked with — we'll resend within minutes.
Can I get a refund for a cancelled event?
Yes. If the organizer cancels, refunds are automatic within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
How do I list my event on TikoHUB?
Email organizers@tikohub.co.ke or tap "List Your Event" on the homepage. We onboard most organizers within 24 hours.
